Young Diplomats uses story, cultural encounters, and guided reflection to develop the curiosity, confidence, and relational wisdom children need to navigate an interconnected world.
Knowing that difference exists is not the same as knowing how to move through difference well.
Children are growing up in a diverse, mobile, interconnected world — but they're rarely given structured opportunities to practice how to move through it. Young Diplomats gives them that practice, directly.

Every culture carries wisdom. Young Diplomats helps children encounter it.
The countries are not the final subject — they are cultural lenses for deeper human questions: What does it mean to belong? How do people communicate respect? How do we care for what we share?

Young Diplomats Residencies
Young Diplomats Residencies transform a destination into a living classroom. Through place, people, nature, creativity, and reflection, children practice how to build belonging, care for what they share, understand different perspectives, and participate thoughtfully in community.
This is an emerging expression of the Young Diplomats model — currently in development, with partnership conversations underway. No venue or program dates are confirmed yet.

Nicole Mobley
Nicole Mobley is a speaker, facilitator, and learning designer who helps audiences explore cultural intelligence, global connection, and the skills needed to navigate an increasingly interconnected world. As the founder of WorldBridge Protocol, she designs cultural intelligence experiences that help people build meaningful connections across cultures. Having studied and lived internationally — including earning a Global Master's degree in International Relations in Geneva, Switzerland — she brings a deeply international perspective to every learning experience she creates. Nicole developed the Young Diplomats program to help children grow in curiosity, empathy, and confidence through immersive, values-based cultural learning.
Nicole is also available for speaking engagements on cultural intelligence, global connection, and navigating an interconnected world.
